Energy gain from the ground with the RAUGEO probe

For efficient heating and cooling

With this REHAU system heat is extracted from the ground through a closed circulation. The water circulating in the RAUGEO probe serves as heat carrier medium. The RAUGEO PE-Xa probe is installed without connections in the ground. With the help of a heat pump the extracted ground heat is raised to the temperature needed for heating.

  • At least 75% of the energy comes from the ground
  • No need for joints in the soil ensures highest operational reliability
  • PE-Xa material is not sensitive to notches and grooves
  • Optimal safety during insertion into the borehole

  • Heat storage up to 95°C is possible
  • Cost-effective heating from ground source energy

  • Small bending radius eliminates the need for joints or other connections at the probe base

  • The RAUGEO PE-Xa probe can be connected by means of electro fusion sleeve or by means of REHAU – compression sleeve under all climatic conditions
  • Applicable up to a depth of 300 m
