Hydraulic Hoses

REHAU hoses make life easier

Our scope of supply ranges from coiled hoses to ready assembled supply lines. REHAU faces up to the most challenging application demands and produces the optimum tube for you.

The REHAU performance range offers the manufacture of complete hose lines. Not only do we find the ideal solution for you in the small-size applications range of DN 2 but also in the bigger tube size range .

Inner core material:
- RAU-PA (nylon)
- RAU-TEL (polyether ester elastomer)

Pressure reinforcement:
- Textile layer of highly tensile polyester filament thread or aramid fibre

Outer core material:
- RAU-PA (nylon, printed)
- RAU-PUR (polyurethane, printed)

Burst pressure:
- 350 bar to 1600 bar at 20°C

REHAU hydraulic hoses are not only available in different sizes and materials, but also for different temperature ranges:

size: DN 4 to DN 10
material: RAU-PA, RAU-TEL, RAU-PUR
temperature range: -40°C to +100°C

The REHAU-high pressure hoses are used for convertible cars (roof hydraulics).
