RAUPASTAM

Polyvinylchloride / Polyurethane hoses

RAUPASTAM is a versatile flexible hose suitable for a wide spectrum of pneumatic applications.

RAUPASTAM is also available with aramide filament yarn reinforcement to provide additional pressure resistance.

flexible, but pressure-resistant
pressure-resistant but thin-walled
thin-walled and therefore lightweight

can be used with normal pneumatic fittings
has larger safety factor than standard pneumatic hoses even at higher temperatures
allows for compact design of installations

safety factor: 1:3.5 (operating pressure to burst pressure)
determination of burst pressure according to DIN 20024 6.3.3
inner tubing: available in polyvinyl chloride or temperature-resistant polyurethane
outer sheathing: diagonal braid in high-tensile polyester fibre or aramid, the hose is coated with RAU-PVC

Material: RAU-PVC, RAU-PUR

Size:DN 4 to DN 13

Colours: red and blue

Because of its reinforced material, RAUPASTAM is applicable for sizes ranging 25 to 40 bar at a temperature of 20°C.
