REHAU's RAUAQUA PE crosslinked inliner hose is the flexible inner tube used in mixer taps in kitchens and bathrooms as well as the faucets of toilet flushing systems. Our hoses lend their strenghts and durability to the delivery of potable water for decades at a stretch. Being leakage-proof, they can lower water consumption substantially in a wide variety of applications across both fixed buildings and mobile structures.

Thermal and crack resistant
RAUAQUA PE crosslinked inliner hoses are resistant to temperatures from -20°C to +85°C, +70°C under long term application. They help in leak-proofing pipe systems, when exposed to stress from hot water and crack with less sturdy components.

Microbe resistant
A qualitative and quantitative examination of the hose for surface growth over six months in flowing water proves the absence of bio-film (i.e. a layer of microbes that forms on surfaces exposed to water) at the end of the test period. This verifies RAUAQUA's resistance to bacterial formation, thus proofs that our hoses pose no risk whatsoever to drinking water quality at any stage of their service life.

Excellent flexibility
RAUAQUA PE's high degree of flexibility ensures occupation of smaller space, easy installation in tight areas, no bulging, and it is klink resistant.

Age resistant

RAUAQUA PE does not crack or tear over time, which prevents leakage
Chemical resistant: RAUAQUA PE has been tested in accordance with DVGW W291 (Cleaning and Desinfection of Water Distribution Systems). This affirms that commercially available cleansers and disinfectants, when properly applied, keep our hoses free from rust and calcium deposits even after years of use.

Weather resistant

UV resistant - Tested under simulated weather conditions, RAUAQUA PE showed no change in appearance or mechanical characteristics. Its resistance to microbial and algae formation also preserves its transparancy over the long term.
Weather resistant - Tested under simulated environmental conditions of varying temperatures and precipitation, RAUAQUA showed no colour or surface change. This also makes it possible to identify the product from its durable markings regardless of the passage of time.
