REHAU has been supplying live rail covers in various materials, production processes, designs and colours. For more than four decades, together with our customers, we have developed the best solution for specific applications. Our wealth of know-how is available to you for new developments.REHAU offers live rail systems for live rails that are fitted from above, the side, or underneath. The REHAU product range includes various cover systems.
From the more economical RAU-PVC material for outdoor application to the halogen-free and flame retardant RAU-PCAB which is more suited for tunnel applications to the RAU-GRP thermosetting material with glass fibers, REHAU live rail cover is available in different shapes and materials to suit your operation and design specification.
Self extinguishing covers
REHAU cover systems are self-extinguishing and flame-retardant (different qualities are available). The materials used for tunnel are free from halogen in accordance with the German standards DIN EN 50267-2-2 / CDE 0482 Part 267-2-2.
Anti-slide spacer
The specially designed REHAU spacer grips firmly to the smooth aluminium rail preventing the spacer from sliding, thereby ensuring the cover is always securely fixed but allowing the cover to contract and expand under changing weather conditions.
